Veg Noodles Recipe Indian Style
- Noodles 500 gms ( boiled and cooled )
- Oil 4 tspns
- Onion – 1 ( sliced )
- Carrot – 1 ( thin strips cutted )
- Capsicum – 1 (thin strips cutted )
- Cabbage – ¼ cup
- Soy sauce – 1 tspn
- MSG – 1/4tspn
- Salt to taste
- Spring onion finely shredded 1 stalk
Heat oil in a pan, add onion and stir-fry for 2 mins.
Add carrot, capsicum, spring onions and cabbage and stir-fry them for 3-4 mins.
Now Add noodles, soy sauce, MSG, salt to taste and cook on high heat for a 3-4 minutes or until the noodles are heated through.
Serve hot with tomato sauce
