Sweet Corn Soup Recipe
- 1 1/2 sweet corn kernels
- 1 cup finely chopped and boiled (carrots , cauliflower and French beans)
- 3 tbsp corn flour
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 tsp finely garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp finely ginger
- Water 4-5 cups
- salt to taste
Combine the corn flour and ¼ cup of water and mix it well till the corn flour dissolves completely in water. Keep it aside.
Heat the butter in a pan, add the ginger and garlic and fry it on a medium flame for a few seconds.
Add the sweet corn kernels, crushed sweet corn and add vegetables, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3-4 mins, stir continuously.
Add 4-5 cups of water in vegitables, and add mixture of corn flour water,
Add salt and pepper according to taste, mix well and cook on a medium flame for another 6-7 mins.
Serve hot with chilli sauce or chillies in vinegar.
