Ingredients for Sweet Chili Thai Chicken Wings Recipe
- Oil – 1/2 cup
- Cornstarch – 1/2 cup
- Sweet chilli sauce – 1/2 cup
- Thai red chilli – 2
- All-purpose flour – 1 1/2 cup
- Chicken wings – 1 kilograms
- Chilli garlic sauce – 1 1/2 tablespoon
- Scallions – 7 (chopped)
- Black pepper as required
- Salt to taste
Method
- Take a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, pepper and cornstarch, mix well
- Now add the chicken wings to this bowl and mix them well make sure that the mixture is coated evenly, Keep it aside for 10-15 minutes
- Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan on medium flame and once oil is hot enough, gently drop the chicken wings into the pan and fry them until they turn golden brown
- Then transfer these fried chicken wings to a large serving bowl and toss the pieces with sweet chilli sauce along with chilli garlic sauce on top of it and mix well
- Tasty Sweet Chili Thai Chicken Wings are ready to be served
- Serve it in a serving bowl and garnish them with scallions and chopped Thai chillies and serve hot with your like dips
