Ingredients for Sitaphal Ice Cream / Custard apple Ice Cream
- Custard apple pulp – 1 cup
- Condensed milk – 1/2 cup
- Castor sugar – 1/4 cup
- Milk powder – 3/4 cup
- Fresh cream – 1/2 cup
- Milk – 1 cup
- Take a blender and blend custard apple pulp, condensed milk, castor sugar, milk powder, fresh cream and milk together.
- Blend them until it become smooth.
- Once it become smooth pour the mixture into an airtight container, put on the lid & freeze till it set totally.
- After it get set serve the scoops in individual serving bowls.
- You can also garnish it with Custard apple pulp
