Simple Paneer Sandwich Recipe At Home

Ingredients for Paneer Sandwich Recipe


  • Paneer – 400 grams (crumbled or chopped in small cubes)
  • bread slices – 10 – 12
  • Oil / butter as required
  • Tomato ketchup as required
  • Fresh coriander leaves  as required (finely chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • Curd – 3tsp
  • Turmeric – 1 pinch
  • Cumin powder  – ¼ tsp
  • Red chilli powder to taste
  • Coriander powder to taste
  • Garam powder to taste
  • Amchur powder – ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Onion – 1 (thinly sliced in round)
  • Tomato – 1 (thinly sliced in round)
  • Capsicum – 1 (thinly sliced)
  • Chat masala as required
  • Green chutney as required



  • Take a bowl add paneer , turmeric, cumin powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, amchur powder, salt to taste and curd mix very well and keep it a side
  • Take bread slice apply butter on them, spread some green chutney on the slices
  • Now place tomato, onion, capsicum pieces on it and sprinkle some chat masala
  • Place paneer stuff on it and garnish with chopped coriander
  • Now cover with another bread slice on which both the butter and green chutney has already been spread
  • Now place this sandwich on sandwich maker, grill until it become crisp and golden
  • Serve in a serving plate and with any sauce or dip of your choice
