Paneer Cheese Toast Recipe on Tawa Pan

Ingredients Paneer Cheese Toast Recipe


  • Paneer – 1 cup (grated)
  • Cheese – 1 cup (grated)
  • Green Chillies – 1 chopped finely  (optional)
  • Mayonnaise as required
  • Italian Seasoning as required
  • Oregano – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli flakes as required
  • Bread Slices – 4 to 6
  • Butter as needed



  • Mix all ingredients except red chilli flakes, bread and butter in a bowl
  • Take a bread slice, spread butter on it and top it with the paneer filling
  • Sprinkle some cheese and some chilli flakes on top of slice
  • Heat some butter on a non stick pan, place the bread and cover pan with lid cook on a low flame
  • As the cheese starts melting remove the toast and serve it on a serving plate, Enjoy the Chilli cheese toast with ketchup or green chutney
