Ingredients for paneer bhurji gravy: Paneer – 250 grams (crumbled) Onion – 2 (finely chopped) Tomatoes – 2 (finely chopped) Green chillies – 1 (finely chopped) Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp Fresh curd – 3 tsp Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp Chilli powder to taste Coriander powder to taste Cumin powder – 1tsp Garam masla powder to taste Salt to taste Water as required Butter/ oil – 2 tsp Coriander leaves finely chopped Spices for paneer bhurji: Cinnamon – 1 inch Cloves – 3 Green cardamom – 2 Black peppercorns – 5 Indian bay leaf – 2 Method: Take a pan, heat butter/ oil in pan Add cinnamon stick, cloves, green cardamom, black peppercorns, Indian bay leaf and sauté until the spices become aromatic Now add onions and stir till it become light golden Add green chillies and ginger garlic paste and fry till aroma of ginger garlic paste disappear Add tomatoes and fry for few mins Add coriander powder, cumin powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala according to taste Stir the spices well Add curd and fry, add water as required, Add chopped coriander leaves and stir well Bring curry to a simmer Now add crumbled paneer and salt to taste Cook for 2 mins Serve it in a serving bowl and garnish with chopped coriander leaves Serve hot with chapati, roti and paratha
