Ingredients for Oats Egg Omelette Recipe

  • Oats – ½ cup
  • Eggs – 3
  • Green chilli – 2 (finely chopped)
  • Mint leaves – 3 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Onion – 1 small size (finely chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil – 2-3 Tbsp


  • Take a bowl, add three eggs and beat well
  • Now add oats, onion, and green chilli, mix well
  • Add mint leaves and salt to taste, mix all these ingredients well and keep it aside
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan and make small omelettes with oats mixture
  • Serve it on a serving plate
  • Serve hot with any fruit juice
