Mint Lemon Juice Recipe

Ingredients for Mint Lemon Juice Recipe

  • Mint leaves – 1 cup (washed and chopped)
  • Ginger – small piece (grated)
  • Jaggery powder – 2 Tbsp (adjust to taste)
  • Lemon juice – 1 Tbsp
  • Water as required


  • First boil 2 cups of water on medium flame and add mint leaves, ginger & jaggery, bring them to boil for a couple of minutes
  • Remove it from the flame and keep it covered once it become warm, add a Tbsp of lemon juice in it and stir well
  • Chill it in a refrigerator for few minutes
  • Pour it in a serving glass and garnish with mint leaves
  • Healthy and tasty mint lemon juice is ready to refresh you
  • Serve chilled with some snacks of your choice
