Makhana Raita Recipe

Ingredients for Makhana Raita


  • Curd – 1cup
  • Phool makhana – 2/3 cup
  • Chilli powder – ¼ tsp
  • Roasted cumin powder – ½ tsp
  • Garam masala powder – pinch
  • Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Salt to taste



  • Fry makhana in a pan on low flame till they become crunchy and crisp then keep it aside to cool
  • Whsik curd until it become smooth
  • Add all spices and salt mix well
  • Add coriander leaves and makhana in curd stir well
  • Transfer it in a serving bowl and serve it immediately with your likes
