Grilled Paneer Tikka Recipe Step by Step

Ingredients Grilled Paneer Tikka


  • Paneer – 300 grams (cut in cubes)
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 ½ tsp
  • Thick Curd – 4 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder to taste
  • Jeera powder -1/4 tsp
  • Dhaniya powder to taste
  • Pepper powder to taste
  • Oregano powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar to taste
  • Cashews – 10 lightly roasted (for garnishing)
  • Onions – 1 sliced (for garnishing)


  • Take a bowl Mix all the spices together with curd and marinate the paneer pieces with the mix for 10 mins
  •  Now heat the grilling pan with half a tsp oil and grill the marinated paneer pieces on both sides till you get the grill lines on it
  • Serve the paneer pieces in a serving plate
  • Serve hot with green chutney, lightly roasted cashews or salad
