How to Make Dahi Ke Kebab Recipe

Ingredients for Dahi Ke Kebab Recipe

  • Curd – 600 gm
  • Coriander powder – 100 gm
  • Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Green cardamom – 10 gm
  • Raisins – 50 gm (chopped)
  • Ginger powder – 100 gm
  • Cashews – 50 gm (powdered)
  • Cottage cheese – 50 gm (grated)
  • Corn flour – 200 gm
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper powder to taste
  • Oil as required
  • Coriander leaves – handful (finely chopped)


  • Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a saucepan over medium flame and add onion, ginger powder and sauté it for few seconds or until the raw smell disappears
  • Now add the cardamom powder, raisins, cashew powder, coriander powder and salt to taste, mix well
  • Add pepper powder and allow it to cook for about a minute
  • Now add corn flour, paneer and thick curd, mix well and fry it for another 3-4 minutes
  • Turn off the flame and allow the paneer to cool down
  • As the mixture becomes cooled, take 2-3 tablespoon of the mixture in your hands and roll it into tikkis. After preparing all the tikkis, put a grilling pan on medium flame and grill the prepared tikkis till they become brown in colour
  • Transfer it to a serving plate and garnish them with coriander leaves and serve hot with green chutney
