Ingredients for Chicken Majestic Recipe
- Chicken (strips- cut into thin lengths) – 250 grams
- Curd – 3 Tbsp
- Coriander powder – 1/2 Tsp
- Cumin powder – 1/2 Tsp
- Mint leaves – 1/4 bunch (chopped)
- Curry leaves – 2 springs (chopped)
- Green chilies – 4 numbers (sliced)
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 Tsp
- Egg – 1/2 (beaten)
- Salt to taste
- Corn flour – 1 Tbsp.
- Msg / ajinomoto – pinch (optional)
- Soya sauce – 1/2 Tsp
- Oil to fry
- Butter milk – 1 cup
- Garlic – 1 Tbsp (chopped)
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 Tsp
- Red chili powder – 1 Tsp
- Coriander leaves – 1 Tbsp (chopped)
- Lime juice – 1 Tsp
Method
- Firstly, marinate the chicken strips in buttermilk and salt for 2 – 3 hours.
- Take a bowl, add marinated chicken strips, corn flour powder, salt to taste, egg, ginger garlic paste, 1/2 Tsp of oil, mix well and keep it aside for more 1-2 hours in the refrigerator then deep fry the chicken until cooked.
- Heat oil in a kadai, add chopped garlic, green chillies, curry leaves, mint leaves, turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, curd, salt to taste & MSG (optional), mix well.
- Now add soya sauce, fried chicken strips and toss them well.
- Finally garnish it with chopped coriander and lime juice.
- Serve it on a serving plate and serve hot with your like.
