Chicken Flower Samosa Recipe

Ingredients for Chicken Flower Samosa Recipe

  • Chicken breast piece – 1
  • Turmeric – 2 tbsp
  • Chilli powder to taste
  • Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam masala powder – 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves – ¼ cup (finely chopped)
  • Pudina leaves – ¼ cup (finely chopped)
  • Oil as required
  • Water as required
  • Maida – 2 cups


  • Take a bowl add maida, salt, water and little oil and make a smooth dough with it, keep it aside
  • Take a pan heat it
  • Heat a non-stick pan add 1 cup of water, 1 pinch of turmeric powder and little salt
  • Boil the water on medium flame, add the chicken and cook it for few minutes
  • Once the chicken is well cooked, turn off the flame and finely chop the chicken pieces
  • Heat oil in a pan, add finely chopped 1 cup onions, add salt and fry them for a minute
  • Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, and garam masala, fry well
  • Now add chopped chicken pieces, coriander leaves and pudina, fry them for 5 minutes
  • Sprinkle lemon juice on it, turn off the flame and keep it aside to cool
  • Prepare chicken stuffed samosa’s and keep them aside
  • Heat oil in a Pan on low flame and gently drop the prepared samosa’s
  • Deep fry the samosa till they become little brown
  • Serve it on a serving plate and serve hot with tomato ketchup
