Cheese Omelette Recipe Indian Style

Ingredients For Cheese Omelette


  • Eggs –  2-3
  • Onions – ¼ cup (finely chopped)
  • Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • Grated cheese – ½ cup
  • Oil – 2 Tbsp



  • Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk for 20 seconds
  • Add salt, pepper, green chilli and onions to the mixture and mix well again
  • Heat a small pan and add oil
  • Gently pour the egg mixture to the pan, Cover and cook it for a minute
  • Now Sprinkle half of the grated cheese to one side of the omelette
  • Gently fold omelette from the other side and let it sit for about 20 seconds
  • This will help the cheese to melt
  • Serve it on a serving plate
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup
