Cheese and Carrot Dip recipe

Ingredients for Cheese and Carrot Dip recipe

  • Grated processed cheese – 2 Tbsp
  • Grated carrot – 1/2 cup
  • Thick fresh curds – 1 1/2 cups
  • Capsicum – 2 Tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Onions – 2 Tsp (finely chopped)
  • Green chillies – 1 tsp (finely chopped)
  • Milk – 2 Tbsp
  • Fresh cream – 2 Tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Take a mixing bowl and combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  • Refrigerate it for 1 hour
  • Serve chilled with biscuits, cucumber strips, carrot strips and anything of your choice.
