Ingredients For Wheat Almond Porridge Recipe

  • wheat flour – 1 cup
  • Almonds – 10
  • Cashew nuts – 8
  • Raisins – 5 (optional)
  • Ghee – 3 Tbsp
  • Sugar to taste
  • Milk – 2 cups


  • Heat ghee in a pan fry almonds, cashew nuts and raisins, keep it aside to cool
  • In the same pan add wheat flour fry it for 3-4 minutes and keep it aside to cool
  • Meanwhile, boil the milk for 15 – 20 minutes and add sugar to taste, stir well
  • Take a blender add almonds and cashew nuts, blend them and make a fine powder
  • Now add wheat flour in the almond powder and blend it for a minute
  • Transfer this powder to a bowl and mix some milk and make a smooth paste of it make sure no lumps are formed
  • Add this wheat paste to the boiling milk and cook for 5 minutes on a medium flame
  • Serve it in a serving bowl and garnish with ghee roasted raisins
  • Serve hot
