Vegetable Raita Recipe

Ingredients for Vegetable Raita

 

  • Curd – 1cup
  • Carrot – 1 small (peeled and finely chopped)
  • Capsicum – 1 small (finely chopped)
  • Cucumber – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Tomato – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Pepper powder to taste
  • Roasted cumin powder – ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste

 

Method:

  • Whisk curd till it become smooth
  • Add cumin powder, pepper and salt mix well
  • Add all chopped veggies in curd and stir well
  • Serve it in a serving bowl and serve it with biryani, chapatti or your likes
