Ingredients for Vegetable Raita
- Curd – 1cup
- Carrot – 1 small (peeled and finely chopped)
- Capsicum – 1 small (finely chopped)
- Cucumber – 1 (finely chopped)
- Tomato – 1 (finely chopped)
- Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
- Pepper powder to taste
- Roasted cumin powder – ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Whisk curd till it become smooth
- Add cumin powder, pepper and salt mix well
- Add all chopped veggies in curd and stir well
- Serve it in a serving bowl and serve it with biryani, chapatti or your likes
