Vegetable Pasta Recipe

Ingredients for Vegetable Pasta

 

  • Onion – ¼ cup (finely chopped)
  • Capsicum – ¼ cup (finely chopped)
  • Broccoli florets – ¼ cup (blanched)
  • Tomatoes – ½ cup (finely chopped)
  • Cooked pasta – 1 cup
  • Whole wheat flour – 2 Tsp
  • Milk – ¾ cup
  • Olive oil – 2 Tsp
  • Garlic – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Green chilies – 1 tsp (finely chopped)
  • Mozzarella cheese – 3 tbsp (grated)
  • Salt to taste

 

Method:

  • Take a bowl combine the milk and whole wheat flour in that bowl, mix well and keep it aside
  • Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan
  • Add garlic, onions, and capsicum and sauté them on a medium flame for 2- 3 minutes
  • Add the broccoli, carrot, tomatoes and green chilies and fry them on a medium flame for few minutes till vegetables are well cooked
  • Add the cooked pasta mix well
  • Add cheese, milk and whole wheat flour mixture sauté well
  • Add salt and mix well
  • Cook on a medium flame for a couple of minutes, while stirring continuously
  • Turn off flame and serve hot
