Vegetable Hakka Noodles Recipe

Ingredients for Veg Hakka Noodles

 

  • Noodles – 2 cups (cooked)
  • Garlic – 3-4 cloves (finely chopped)
  • Ginger – 1tspn (finely chopped)
  • French beans – ½ cup (finely chopped)
  • Spring onions – 2 stalk (finely chopped)
  • Capsicum – ½ cup (cut into thin strips)
  • Cabbage – ½ cup (shredded)
  • Carrot – 1medium (cut into thin strips)
  • Soy sauce – 1tspn
  • Chilli sauce – 1tspn (or to taste)
  • Tomato ketchup – 1tspn
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Oil – 2-3 tspn

 

Method:

  • Take a pan, heat oil , add ginger and garlic fry for 2 mins.
  • Now add French beans, spring onions, capsicum, cabbage and carrot and stir fry them until they are cooked.
  • Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, and tomato ketchup mix well cook them for 2-3 mins.
  • Add salt and pepper according to taste.
  • Serve it in a serving bowl and garnish with chopped spring onions.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
