How to Make Veg Schezwan Noodles

Ingredients Veg Schezwan Noodles Recipe

 

  •  Noodles – 300grms (cooked)
  • 2 tbsn oil
  • 2 tsp ginger – grated
  • 1 or 2 green chillies chopped
  • 2 to 3 capsicum (sliced)
  • French beans – ½ cup (finely chopped)
  • Carrot – 1medium (finely chopped)
  • Spring onions – 2 medium (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp schezwan sauce (adjust to taste)
  • Pepper to taste
  • salt or to taste
  • 200 gm tofu, cut into cubes
  • (Note : Mix little oil in boiled noodles to prevent noodles from sticking)

 

Method:

  • Take a pan  put some oil and after the oil is hot, add ginger,green chillies,capsicum, carrot,French beans and spring onions and  stir fry them for few mins.
  • Add soy sauce, schezwan sauce (according to taste)
  • Add  pepper and salt and mix well.
  • Now add tofu in it and Stir in the cubed tofu and cook it for few  minutes until all the flavors are come together.
  • Serve hot  in a serving bowl and enjoy with tomato sauce.
