Tomato Raita Recipe

Ingredients for tomato raita

 

  • Curd – 1 cup
  • Tomatoes – ½ cup (finely chopped)
  • Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Roasted cumin powder – ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste

 

Method:

  • Whisk curd till it become smooth
  • Now add all ingredients in curd and mix well everything
  • Transfer it to a serving bowl
  • Serve it with biryani, chapatti or your likes
