Tawa Paneer Masala Recipe Step by Step

Ingredients for Tawa Paneer Masala

 

  • Paneer – 300 grams (cut in pieces)
  • Kasuri methi – 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powdr – ½ tsp
  • Chat masala – 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
  • Carom seeds – ½ tsp
  • Chilli powder to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Onion – 2 (finely chopped)
  • Green chilli – 2 (finely chopped)
  • Tomato – 1 cup (grainded)
  • Caraway seeds – ½ tsp
  • Fresh cream – 3 tsp
  • Garam masala – 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste -1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves – 2 tsp(finely chopped)
  • Oil – 5 tsp

Method:

  • Take a bowl add paneer, kasuri methi, chilli powder, turmeric powder, chat masala and salt mix them gently and keep it aside for 15-20 mins
  • Take a pan add oil and marinated paneer stir fry on medium flame for 4-5 mins and keep it aside
  • Heat oil in the same pan and add cumin seeds, carom seeds, onions stir fry on a medium flame until onion turns golden
  • Add ginger garlic paste, green chillies, coriander powder and salt to taste mix well and cook for a min
  • Add fresh tomato paste, caraway seeds stir  well and cook for 2 mins
  • Finally add cooked paneer , fresh cream and garam masala powder mix well and cook for 2 mins on medium flame
  • Serve it in a serving bowl
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot
