Simple Tasty Mango Raita Recipe

Ingredients for simple tasty mango Raita

 

  • Chilled curd – 2 cups
  • Mangoes – 3 (chopped)
  • Cardamom powder – 1tsp
  • Saffron – ¼ tsp
  • Sugar as required
  • Chopped mangoes for garnishing

 

Method:

  • Add sugar in curd and whisk curd until sugar dissolves completely
  • Add chopped mangoes, saffron and cardamom powder mix well
  • Serve it in a serving bowl and garnish with chopped mangoes
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature
