Ingredients for Poondu (Garlic) Milagai Podi
- Garlic cloves – 10 to 15 (don’t remove the skin)
- Red Chillies –10 to 15
- Oil – 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, fry the red chilies and allow it to cool.
- Add salt and blend it to a coarse powder.
- Before removing add the garlic cloves and blend only one round.
- Poondu milagai podi is ready to be served, serve with idli/dosa.
- Add a teaspoon of gingelly oil while serving
