Pineapple Raita Recipe

Ingredients for Pineapple Raita

 

  • Fresh curd – 1 cup
  • Pineapple – ½ cup (cut in small cubes)
  • Chilli powder – ½ tsp
  • Roasted cumin powder – 1 tsp
  • Sugar per taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)

 

Method:

  • Whisk curd until it become smooth
  • Now add spices powder, salt and sugar, mix well
  • Add half chopped pineapple, in curd mix it well
  • Add coriander leaves and stir well
  • Chill pineapple raita before serving
  • Garnish raita with rest of pineapple pieces and serve it chill with your likes
