Pasta With Fresh Herbs Recipe

Ingredients for Pasta with Herbs

 

  • Pasta – 1 cup
  • Water as required
  • Oil – 2 Tsp
  • Fresh Coriander leaves – 5 stems (finely chopped)
  • Basil – fistful (finely chopped)
  • Lemon – 1
  • Curd – 3tsp
  • Veggies – 1 cup (finely chopped green veggies like green beans, celery etc)
  • Green chilli – 2 (finely chopped)
  • Salt to taste

 

Method:

  • Heat water in a deep pan, add salt and pasta and cook it for 3 minutes (until it is half cooked)
  • Now add the chopped veggies and cook for few minutes, until veggies become soft
  • Drain the water and keep them aside
  • Meanwhile, grind all the herbs (coriander & basil) along with curd
  • Heat oil in a pan, add green chillies and lime zest stir well
  • Now add pasta and veggies mixture and also add the herbal paste and toss it together
  • Finally add few drops of lime juice mix well and turn off the flame
  • Serve it in a serving bowl
  • Tasty herbal pasta is ready to be served
