Paneer Pakora Recipe

Ingredients for Paneer Pakora

 

  • Paneer – 250 grams (cut in cubes)
  • Besan – 1 cup
  • Turmeric powder – 1 pinch
  • Chilli powder to taste
  • Garam masala powder to taste
  • Caram seeds – ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Hing – 1 pinch
  • Water as required
  • Oil for deep frying
  • For garnishing:
  • Chat masala for sprinkling
  • tomato ketchup

Method:

  • Take bowl mix all ingredients except paneer and oil
  • Make smooth thick batter
  • Heat some oil in pan for deep frying
  • Dip each paneer pieces  in batter and coat paneer cubes with the batter
  • Deep fry paneer pieces till they become crisp and golden
  • Drain paneer pakoras on tissue paper to remove excess oil
  • Serve it in serving plate sprinkle somechat masala
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup
