Paneer Manchurian Dry Recipe Step by Step

Ingredients for Paneer Manchuria

 

  • Paneer – 300 grams (cut in cubes)
  • Maida – 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour – 4 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required
  • For sauté:
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Capsicum – 1 small (finely chopped)
  • Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Spring onions – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Oil – 3 tbsp
  • Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Chilli sauce – ½ tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  • Take bowl add maida, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, salt, water as required mix well and make a thick batter of it, add paneer pieces in this batter and marinate it for 30 mins
  • Heat some oil in pan for deep fry, fry all marinated paneer pieces until they become golden brown
  • Now drain paneer pieces on tissue paper and keep them aside
  • Take a pan heat 3 tbsp oil, add onions, ginger garlic paste, capsicum, green chillies and saute them for 3-4 mins
  • Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, and tomato ketchup mix well
  • Add salt to taste
  • Now add fried paneer pieces and spring onions mix well
  • Serve it in a serving a bowl
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup
