Paneer Fried Rice Recipes

Ingredients for Paneer fried rice

 

  • Rice – 1 cup (cooked)
  • Oil – 1 tsp
  • paneer – ¾ cup(cut in cubes)
  • Vinegar – 1 tsp
  • Garlic – 2 (finely chopped)
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Veggies -1 cup (carrot, beans, spring onions, capsicum finely chopped)
  • Coriander leaves – 2 tsp (finely chopped)

 

Method:

  • Take pan heat oil, add chopped garlic and stir
  • Add chopped veggies and stir fry until they are done
  • Add paneer pieces and fry until they become golden
  • Add vinegar and mix well
  • Add cooked rice and stir well
  • Add salt and pepper according to taste, mix well and serve it in a serving bowl
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with tomato ketchup
