Paneer Cutlet Recipe Step by Step

Ingredients for Paneer Cutlet

 

  • Paneer – 1 cup (crumbled)
  • Potato – 2 (peeled, boiled and smashed)
  • Green chillies – 3 to 4(finely chopped)
  • Bread crumbs – ¼ cup (adjust as needed)
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Cumin – 1 pinch
  • Turmeric – 1 pinch
  • Onion – 1 cup (finely chopped)
  • Coriander leaves – ½ cup (finely chopped)
  • Pepper powder to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required

Method:

  • Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix well
  • Take small portions of mixture and make them in cutlet shape
  • Make all cutlets (tikki) and keep them a side
  • Now shallow fry or do tawa fry those cutlets and drain on a tissue paper
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup of green chutney
