Ingredients for Paneer Butter Pepper Fry Recipe

  • Butter – 1 Tbsp
  • Green chili – 4 numbers
  • Curry leaves – 2 springs
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 Tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam masala – 1/2 Tsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1/4 Tsp
  • All-purpose flour – 1 Tbsp
  • Rice flour – 1 Tsp
  • Corn starch – 1 Tsp
  • Paneer – 250 grams (sliced)
  • Coriander powder – 1/2 Tsp
  • Chilli powder – 1 Tsp
  • Pepper powder – 1 Tbsp
  • Oil to fry
  • Lime juice – 1 Tsp
  • Coriander leaves – 1 Tbsp (chopped)

Method

  • Take a mixing bowl and add corn starch, rice flour, all-purpose flour, turmeric powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, water & salt to taste, mix well & make a thick paste
  • Now add the paneer pieces in the paste and coat the masala & deep fry them & keep it aside
  • Heat a pan on medium flame add butter, curry leaves & green chilli, saute them well
  • Also add coriander powder, chilli powder, pepper powder and salt, mix well
  • Now add fried paneer pieces toss well & sprinkle lime juice, coriander chopped and toss it again.
  • Tasty paneer recipe is ready to be served serve hot with your like
