Paneer Bhurji Recipe

Ingredients for paneer bhurji

 

  • Paneer – 300 grams (crumbled)
  • Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Tomato -2 (finely chopped)
  • Green chillies – 3 (finely chopped)
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Turmeric – ¼ tsp
  • Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
  • Ghee/ butter/ oil as required
  • Chilli powder to taste
  • Garam masala to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped

Method:

  • Take a pan heat some Ghee/ butter/ oil as required, add cumin seeds, onions fry till onions become translucent
  • Add ginger garlic paste and fry till raw aroma disappear
  • Add tomatoes and stir fry until they become soft, now add turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala and salt according to taste
  • Stir for 3-4 mins
  • Add crumbled paneer and cook for 2 mins
  • Lastly garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve it in a serving bowl
  • Serve hot with bread, toasts, rotis or rice
