Paneer 65 Recipe in Simple and Easy Method

Ingredients paneer 65 recipe

 

  • Paneer – 200 g (sliced into 1 inch cubes)
  • Maida / all purpose flour – 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour powder – 3 tbsp
  • Rice flour powder – 3 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder as required
  • Coriander powder as required
  • Garam masala powder as required
  • Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice as required
  • Red food colour  – 1 pinch ( optional )
  • Oil for deep fry
  • Salt to taste

for garnishing

  • lemon – 1
  • onion – 1 (sliced in round)

 

Method:

  • Take a bowl add all the ingredients except oil and add required amount of water make a smooth batter of it and mix well
  • Marinate paneer pieces in the batter for 30 mins
  • Take deep frying pan heat oil for deep fry
  • Deep fry all paneer pieces until they become crisp and golden
  • Serve it on serving plate and garnish with onions and lemon widges
  • serve hot with tomato ketchup
