Palak Paneer Bhurji Recipe

Ingredients for Palak Paneer Bhurji

 

  • Paneer – 250 grams (crumbled)
  • Spinach (palak) – 1 cup (finely chopped)
  • Green chillies – 2 (finely chopped)
  • Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Tomato – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
  • Chilli powder to taste
  • Garam masala to taste
  • Amchur powder – 2 tsp
  • Butter – 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

 

Method:

  • Take heavy bottomed pan heat some oil add cumin seeds and allow them to crackle
  • Add green chillies, onions, ginger garlic paste and fry until onions become golden
  • Add tomatoes and saute them till they become mushy
  • Add spinach cook till they are well cooked
  • Add spices and mix well
  • Add paneer mix well and add butter saute ingredients until they are well combined
  • Cook for 2 mins on a medium flame
  • Serve it in a serving bowl
  • Serve hot with chapati
