How to Make Palak Gobi Recipe

Ingredients for Palak Gobi Recipe

  • Palak – 1 cup (boiled and pasted)
  • Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Gobi – 1 cup (boiled)
  • Sompu – 1 tbsp
  • Oil – 3 tbsp
  • Green chilli – 4 (chopped)
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves – ¼ cup (finely chopped)
  • Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
  • Jeera powder – 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder – 1 pinch
  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Heat oil in a pan on medium flame
  • Add Aniseed, chopped onions and fry them for a min
  • Add green chilli and ginger garlic paste, fry until the onions turn golden colour
  • Now add palak paste and mix well
  • Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and fry them for few mins
  • Add boiled gobi, coriander powder and jeera powder, mix well
  • Cook it on a medium flame for few minutes and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves
  • Turn off the flame and serve it in a serving bowl
  • Serve hot with chapatti, roti or with steamed rice
