Ingredients for Mint Dip Recipe
- Mint leaves – 20 gm
- Coriander leaves – ½ cup
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Ginger – 5 gm
- Lemon juice -2 tablespoon
- Ice cubes – 4 pieces
- Dry mango powder – 1 pinch
- Salt to taste
- Curd – 20 gm
- Chaat masala -1 pinch
Method
- Take a blender and add coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger, garlic cloves, lemon juice and ice cubes blend all these ingredients well to form a consistent paste
- Take a bowl add the curd and whisk it well with the blended ingredients
- Sprinkle some salt as per your taste, mango powder, chaat masala and over it and mix well into the curd
- Tasty mint dip is ready to be served
- Serve it with hot and spicy starters
