Mint Dip Recipe Indian Style

Ingredients for Mint Dip Recipe

  • Mint leaves – 20 gm
  • Coriander leaves – ½ cup
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Ginger – 5 gm
  • Lemon juice -2 tablespoon
  • Ice cubes – 4 pieces
  • Dry mango powder – 1 pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Curd – 20 gm
  • Chaat masala -1 pinch

Method

  • Take a blender and add coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger, garlic cloves, lemon juice and ice cubes blend all these ingredients well to form a consistent paste
  • Take a bowl add the curd and whisk it well with the blended ingredients
  • Sprinkle some salt as per your taste, mango powder, chaat masala and over it and mix well into the curd
  • Tasty mint dip is ready to be served
  • Serve it with hot and spicy starters
