Mint Coriander Raita – Pudina Raita Recipe

Ingredients for Mint Coriander Raita

 

  • Mint leaves – ¾ cup
  • Coriander leaves – ½ cup
  • Green chilli – 1 (roughly chopped)
  • Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Roasted cumin powder – ½ tsp
  • Chaat masala powder – ½ tsp
  • Curd – 1 cup
  • Chilli powder to taste
  • Salt to taste

 

Method:

  • Take a blender add mint leaves, coriander leaves and green chilli add some water and make a smooth paste of it
  • Whisk curd till it become smooth
  • Now add onion, spice powder and salt in curd and mix well
  • Add mint coriander paste and stir well
  • Serve it in a serving bowl
  • Serve with tikka or with less spice dish
