Melon and Cucumber Kulfi Recipe

Ingredients for Melon and Cucumber Kulfi Recipe

  • Muskmelon – 1 (peeled and chopped)
  • Cucumber – 1 (peeled and chopped)
  • Chaat masala powder – 1/4 Tsp
  • Sugar to taste
  • Lemon juice – 1/2 Tsp
  • Fresh cream – 4 Tbsp

For Garnishing (optional)

  • Pistachios – 2 Tsp (finely chopped)
  • Saffron as required

Method

  • Firstly, take a blender add cucumber pieces and blend it to a smooth puree, transfer this puree in a bowl
  • Now, add muskmelon pieces in the blender jar and blend it to a smooth puree, transfer this puree to the same bowl as cucumber puree
  • Now, add lemon juice, chaat masala, sugar to taste and cream in the puree mixture and mix it well
  • Once it is well mixed transfer this mixture into kulfi moulds and place these in the freezer for 6-7 hours or until it solidifies
  • Once the kulfi is set, remove it from the moulds and garnish them with saffron and chopped pistachios
  • Serve it on a serving plate and serve immediately.
