How To Make Semiya Payasam Recipe

Ingredients Semiya payasam recipe

 

  • Semiya – 1cup
  • Ghee – 3tsp
  • Sugar – to taste
  • Cashew nuts, almonds, pista, kiss miss – 1cup
  • Green cardamom powder – ½ tsp
  • Full cream Milk – 500 ml
  • Water (to substitute in milk)

 

Method:

  • Take a pan Ghee roast cashew nuts, almonds, pista, kiss miss and keep it aside
  • In the same pan Fry semiya in ghee and keep it aside in a plate
  • Take a pot, add milk and water and boil for few minutes
  • Now add semiya and boil until semiya is well cooked
  • Add required amount of sugar to taste and cardamom powder, also add ghee roast cashew nuts, almonds, pista, kiss miss and mix well
  • Cook for more 5 mins and serve it in a serving bowl
  • Serve hot or chilled
