How to Make Ginger Garlic Paste at Home

Ingredients for ginger garlic paste

 

  • Ginger – 1 cup (washed and peeled)
  • Garlic – 1 cup (peeled)
  • Salt (optional)
  • Oil – 1 tbsp (optional)

 

Method:

  • Roughly chop ginger and keep it aside
  • Take a blender add chopped ginger and garlic blend them and make a smooth paste of it
  • Transfer it to air tight jar
  • If you want to store for more than 10 days add little salt and oil while blending
