How to Make Maggi Samosa Recipe

Ingredients for Maggi Samosa Recipe

  • Maggi noodles – 1 1/2 cup
  • Carom seeds – 1 teaspoon
  • All-purpose flour – 2 cup
  • Vegetable oil – 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required


  • Take a large bowl, add all purpose flour, salt, carom seeds and little water, make a massive hard dough ball out of it
  • Keep it aside for few minutes
  • Cook the magi noodles and keep it aside to cool
  • Heat oil in a large Kadai on medium flame
  • Meanwhile, make small round shape with the dough, cut it in the centre and make cones from the pieces, then use few drops of water to seal the corners
  • Stuff the noodles and seal the corners
  • Repeat the same procedure for the rest of the dough
  • Gentle drop these samosas into the Kadai and deep fry them on low flame once the samosa turn golden brown colour, take them out of the oil and place on a tissue paper to drain out the excess oil from it
  • Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup
