Keema Pasta Indian Recipe

Ingredients for Keema Pasta

  • Pasta – 2 cups
  • Chicken Kheema – 2cups (soya granules can also be used)
  • Veggies – 1 cup (finely chopped)(carrot, celery, green leafy vegetable, capsicum can be used can be used
  • Onion – 1 (Finely chopped)
  • Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
  • Tomato puree(Tomato sauce) – 2 tbsp
  • Chilli Sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp
  • Cumin Powder – 1 Tsp
  • Fennel Powder – 1 Tsp
  • Garam Masala – pinch
  • Turmeric Powder – pinch
  • Butter/ Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves – handful (finely chopped)

Method:

  • Heat water in a deep pan, add little salt and add the pasta and let it cook for 8 mins or cook according to the package instructions
  • Drain pasta and keep it aside
  • Heat butter or oil in a pan
  • Add kheema and cook until the meat is well cooked
  • Add chopped onions and ginger garlic paste and fry for another 4 – 5 minutes
  • Add tomato sauce, chilli sauce and all the dry masala powders mix well and fry for 2 mins
  • Add the chopped vegetables that you want to add and add required amount of salt and cook till the vegetables are well cooked
  • Finally, add the cooked pasta and toss it together
  • Add some finely chopped coriander leaves and serve it in a serving bowl
  • If you want you can also add some shredded cheese while tossing the pasta
