Ingredients for Jaggery Pootharekulu
- Phyllo sheets – 1 pack
- Ghee – 4 tablespoons
- Finely powdered jaggery – 1cup
- Take a layer of phyllo sheets apply some ghee by using brush all over the phyllo sheets.
- Now sprinkle some powdered jaggery.
- Spread another layer of phyllo sheets on it and again apply ghee and powdered jaggery.
- Repeat the same process until you make a thick layer.
- Now roll them into a rectangle shape.
- Tasty jaggery Pootharekulu is ready to be served.
