Indian Mix Fruit Raita Recipe

Ingredients for Fruit Raita

 

  • Chilled curd – ½ cup
  • Pomegranate – 1 small (sliced and arils removed)
  • Apple – 1 small (peeled and chopped)
  • Banana – 1 small (peeled and chopped)
  • Sugar to taste
  • Roasted cumin powder – pinch
  • Salt – pinch
  • Chilli powder – pinch

 

Method:

  • Whisk curd and make it smooth
  • Add sugar and mix well until sugar dissolves completely
  • Add cumin powder, salt, chilli powder and stir well
  • Add chopped fruits and mix well
  • Serve it chilled
