Indian Chicken Tikka Masala Recipe Step by Step Homemade

Indian Chicken Tikka Recipe

  • Boneless chicken – 1 cup
  • Curd – 2-3 Teaspoon
  • Onion – 1
  • Tomato – 1
  • Capsicum – 1
  • Maida – 3-4 Teaspoon
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Chilli Powder, salt , coriander powder – as per taste
  • Garam Masala – 1 Teaspoon
  • Lemon juice – 2 Teaspoon

 

Method :

  • Wash chicken pieces thoroughly and apply maida , lemon juice and spices.
  • Marinade chicken for 2 hrs.
  • Put the chicken and other vegetables on to skewers and cook in moderately hot tandoor for about 6 to 8 minutes, keep basting pieces with butter and cook until slightly colour and cooked well.
  • Serve it in a plate and garnish with onions and lemon.
