Hung Curd Veg Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients for Curd Sandwich

 

  • Bread – 6
  • Thick Curd – 5 tbsp
  • Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Carrot – 1small (finely chopped)
  • Tomato – 1 (finely chopped)
  • Cauliflower – ¼ cup (finely chopped)
  • Capsicum – 3 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Pepper powder to taste
  • Salt to taste

 

Method:

  • Remove water from curd transfer it to a bowl
  • Add chopped vegetables, pepper and salt mix well and keep it aside
  • Take bread slices apply some butter and also apply curd mixture on it and cover with another bread slice
  • Place the sandwich in a sandwich maker and grill till the sandwich become crisp and golden
  • Serve it in a serving plate
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup or with green chutney
