How to Make Kadai Gosht Recipe

Here is the simple and easy recipe to prepare kadai mutton at home

Ingredients for Kadai Gosht Recipe

  • Mutton – 500 grams
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 Tsp
  • Green chillies – 3 (chopped)
  • Tomatoes – 4 (chopped)
  • Onions – 2 (chopped)
  • Chilli powder – 1 Tsp (adjust to taste)
  • Turmeric powder – 1/4 Tsp
  • Kadai masala – 1 Tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Yogurt – 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves – 1/2 bunch (chopped)
  • Mint leaves – 1/2 bunch (chopped)
  • Oil – 1 Tbsp (or as required)

Method:

  • Heat oil in a kadai, add mutton and fry them until it become brown in colour
  • Now, add turmeric powder, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, onions and tomatoes, continue to cook this for 40 minutes or till the mutton is cooked
  • Then add salt to taste, yogurt, kadai masala, red chili powder, chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves, stir well and cook it to the consistency required
  • Once done serve it in a serving bowl and serve hot with steamed rice or Roti
