How To Make Egg Attu(Crispy Omelette)

Ingredients for Egg Attu

  • Egg – 2
  • Cornflour – 1 Tsp
  • Green chilli – 2 (finely chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required
  • Rice flour – 1 Tsp
  • Carrot – 1 tbsp (grated)

Method

  • Take eggs in a mixing bowl and beat well
  • Add green chilli, corn flour, rice flour, salt and carrot, mix well
  • Heat a non-stick pan and make omelette with the egg mixture by adding little oil
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup
