Ingredients for Hara Bhara Kabab Recipe

  • Spinach – 250gms
  • Green peas – 100gms
  • Green chilli – 5 gms (finely chopped)
  • Cumin powder – 5 gms
  • Green cardamom – 5 gms (powdered)
  • Potato – 150 gms
  • Gram flour (besan) – 100 gms
  • Ginger – 10 gms (chopped)
  • Mace powder – 5 gms
  • Cashews – 20 gms
  • Ghee – 150 gms
  • Salt to taste

Method

  • First blanched the spinach in salted water, drain them and keep it in cold water. Finely chopped the spinach and keep it aside
  • Meanwhile boil the potatos, green peas and mash properly
  • Take a small pan and roast the gram flour till it become golden brown
  • Now mix all the kebab ingredients and make smooth dough with it
  • Shape the dough into cutlet patties and top with cashew
  • Then shallow fry the kebab till they become golden brown on both side
  • Once it done serve it on a serving plate
  • Tasty hara kebab is ready to be served, serve hot with chutney of your choice
